Leather furniture care for your modern white leather sofa

Leather Furniture Care

Leather furniture that has been well cared for should have a very long life but it does need a little TLC.

Your central heating will over time dry out leather and cause it to go hard and then crack. Direct sunlight will do the same and will also fade the natural dye in the leather. Dirt and dust as well as food and drink spills will ingrain into the leather over time.

We are often asked how to clean a leather sofa, especially when they have been well loved.  Well, to keep your leather furniture in great condition, we recommend you use our Renapur Leather Cleaner twice a year or as needed. For high wear areas such as seats, arms and where your head rests against the leather, you may want to use the Leather Cleaner more often.  Use immediately after food or drink spillage.

After cleaning allow the leather to dry and re-treat with Renapur Leather Balsam, which should also be used twice a year to keep your leather soft and supple.

Leather Furniture Care

Renapur Leather Balsam is an ideal leather furniture care and restoration solution for your antique or modern leather furniture.

A blend of natural ingredients including beeswax and jojoba oil, the Balsam will feed and nourish your leather, keeping it soft and supple and will prevent your leather from drying out and cracking.

It will also help restore the colour to leather that has faded or worn. Renapur Leather Balsam is colour neutral so will work on all colours. It is also quick and easy to use, non sticky, non greasy, non smelly and will not come off on your clothes.

It is also fantastic value - a pot of Renapur Leather Balsam will treat up to 20 leather suites!

Renapur Ltd has always believed that we should put our money where our mouth is and so we offer the following guarantees:

* 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you buy a Renapur product and it doesn’t do what you hoped then send it back to us and we will refund the full purchase price minus the postage. You don’t even need to give us an explanation and we will not argue the point.

* If you leave the lid off a pot of Renapur Leather Balsam (not Cleaner or Hi-Shine) it will not dry out and will remain in perfect condition for 5 years.

Renapur Leather Balsam, Leather Cleaner and Hi-Shine are for use on finished i.e. smooth leather only. Do not use on suede, nubuck or fully aniline type leather.

Renapur may darken some types of leather, especially if it has faded over time and with wear. If in doubt, always test on a small concealed area first.

Renapur products are so successful around the world and we think that is testimony to how good they are but please be aware that there are thousands of different types of leather and some may not be compatible with Renapur or any other products, especially those made to create various effects in the fashions industry. If in doubt test an unobtrusive area first.
